Setting Up the MITB Contract

  1. Classic Mode: In the Classic Universe mode, navigate to the Rivalries menu and create a rivalry between your desired MITB holder and the current champion. Edit the show to include a match between these two superstars, then access the Rivalries Actions menu (R3/RS). Select the appropriate MITB cash-in option, such as a Triple Threat, post-match cash-in, or mid-match surprise cash-in.
  2. Superstar Mode: This process is more time-consuming as it focuses on a single superstar’s journey. To expedite the process, switch to Classic Mode temporarily by accessing the Options menu and changing the Current Playstyle. Edit an upcoming show, create a one-on-one title match with your desired MITB holder, and enable the MITB option (R3/RS). Simulate the match, selecting your MITB holder as the winner. Revert to Superstar Mode and select your MITB holder’s profile.

Executing the Cash-In

  1. Announced Cash-In: In Superstar Mode, select “Manage Superstar” and choose “Cash in Money In The Bank.” Select the “Announce Cash-In” option, and the next match will be the MITB cash-in for the championship.
  2. Mid-Match Cash-In: Similar to the announced cash-in, but instead of scheduling a separate match, your superstar will interrupt an ongoing championship match, turning it into a Triple Threat contest.
  3. Post-Match Cash-In: After a championship match, your MITB holder can cash in immediately, taking advantage of the exhausted champion’s vulnerability in a one-on-one bout.
