Gaming peripheral manufacturer PDP has unveiled a new variant of its Rematch Glow controller, featuring Princess Peach on a motorcycle, just in time for the release of Princess Peach: Showtime! on March 22 for Nintendo Switch.
Dubbed the ‘Grand Prix Peach’ edition, this version of the Rematch Glow controller pays homage to Princess Peach’s appearance in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe while riding a motorcycle. The controller sports a black backdrop adorned with branding and iconography from the Mario Kart series, with the glowing elements adding an extra touch of flair.
Available for purchase on Amazon, the ‘Grand Prix Peach’ edition is priced at $44.99 / £51.59. Alongside the gamepad, PDP has also launched a matching travel case designed to safely store Nintendo Switch consoles, including the Nintendo Switch Lite and Nintendo Switch OLED. Priced at $19.99 / £21.49, the travel case also features glow-in-the-dark elements after being exposed to light.
Both the controller and travel case are slated to ship around the release date of Princess Peach: Showtime! this Friday.
