Valheim, the independent survival game that became an immediate sensation on PC two years ago, now has a console release date. On March 14th, it will be available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. Valheim will be accessible for free to Xbox Game Pass users. The game is also available on PC Game Pass right now.
Valheim, which was created by a five-person team at developer Iron Gate Studio, sold 5.7 million downloads in its first five weeks, making it one of the highest-earning titles on Steam in 2021. Gamers may join up with up to nine of their buddies to go hunting, gather supplies, establish bases, cruise the seas, explore biomes, take down enemies and, of course, go fishing in a procedurally created Viking afterlife.
