Dubai-based video-on-demand platforms STARZPLAY and WATCH IT has entered a multi-year strategic partnership to bring the best of Arabic, Hollywood and anime entertainment under one subscription. The deal will see the platforms mirroring each other, with all WATCH IT content added to STARZPLAY and vice versa. The partnership will also offer original programming collaboration and content promotion. With the addition of WATCH IT’s 12,000 episodes and over 200 Arabic films, STARZPLAY subscribers will have access to a wider range of content, while WATCH IT subscribers will now have access to STARZPLAY’s Western content, anime, live sports, and more. The partnership begins in February 2023.
