Affinity announced on October 18 2025 that its iPad applications Designer 2 Photo 2 and Publisher 2 are now available for free download from the App Store previously priced at $18.49 each after a seven day trial. This change precedes a major announcement with Canva on October 30, 2025 and applies to the current V2 versions compatible with iPadOS 15.0 and later.
