When it comes to handling some fundamental tasks, there a few things that Mac OS does a lot better than its competitors. One of those functions is uninstalling an application. The process is so simple and streamlined, that in just a few clicks, you can go from fully installed and functional, to completely wiped from the system
What we love also, is how secure Apple has made the process. The OS is smart enough to detect which applications are system-critical and when you try to delete them, you are prompted to enter your device password.
In this tutorial, we will show you how to uninstall a program on Mac OS.

Step 2. Click on the ‘Applications‘ option from the drop-down menu.
