Following MWC, the GLOMO (Global Mobile) Award winners were revealed. In the mobile sector, there are six award categories: Mobile Tech honours solutions that enhance and transform the mobile communications sector. Industry X honours firms that use innovation to integrate people’s mobile lives with other aspects of their lives.
The Tech4Good category recognises businesses and organisations that work to address global concerns like climate change, inclusivity, and humanitarian disasters. The lone award in the category is the Government Leadership Award, which was given to Spain. The Outstanding Achievement category honours people who have made the greatest contributions to the mobile sector.
