According to reports, a new Daredevil series is coming to Disney Plus

The Defender, who previously starred in Netflix’s Marvel alliance, is returning in a new Disney Plus series.

Matt Corman (The Brave, Deck the Halls) and Chris Ord (The Enemy Within) have signed on to develop a new Daredevil series, according to Variety. The series might explore what Matt Murdock was up to after Netflix’s Daredevil drama ended in 2018. The news follows Charlie Cox’s return as Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home and the move of all Marvel shows from Netflix to Disney Plus earlier this year. While there’s no news on whether this new series will directly address the events of the Netflix series, considering Vincent D’Onofrio’s reprise of his Kingpin role for Disney Plus’ Hawkeye, it’s safe to assume it will.

Now that the multiverse has been invaded, Marvel can easily incorporate virtually all of its recent stories into the MCU with little effort. With a new Daredevil series on the way, it’s natural to wonder if Marvel is considering reviving all of the former Netflix shows, and who might return.
