2024 Lexus IS Lineup: What’s New and How Prices Have Changed

Sharper Looks and Higher Costs: Updates for the 2024 Lexus IS

The Lexus IS, now in its tenth year in its current form on the US market, is still making waves. While it’s noticeably sharper compared to its 2014 counterpart, the 2024 model year keeps the core design but comes with some notable changes, primarily in pricing.

In terms of novelties, the base IS 300 now offers an F Sport Design grade, featuring exterior enhancements like 19-inch wheels and special badges. The IS 300 F Sport takes it up a notch with the same visual upgrades and adds heated and ventilated front seats, aluminum pedals, and an F Sport heated steering wheel. Beneath the hood, there are no alterations, with the IS 300 still available with a 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder in the RWD version or a 3.5-liter V6 in AWD guise.

For those who opt for the IS 350, a more potent version of the V6 engine awaits, delivering 311 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, a significant step up from the 260 hp and 236 lb-ft in the IS 300. In 2024, the IS 350 F Sport introduces a Blackout Package option, featuring matte black BBS 19-inch alloys, black exterior mirrors, dark chrome window trim, and a memory package for the driver’s seat, side mirrors, and steering wheel.
