9to5Mac noted the redesign. By removing the previous flat icons, the company is betting on a brand new Help page with colourful symbols, precise goods in use, and specific sections for anything the consumer may need to look out for.
Apple’s Support website focuses on products, Apple Music, and popular queries such as “Forgot Apple ID or password,” “Apple Repair,” and “Billing and subscriptions.” Users may also look for further information, learn more about iOS 16, obtain support, and learn more about the company’s programmes, such as Trade In and AppleCare+.
Apple also stresses the need for safe and reliable repairs: Every product we build at Apple is designed to last. We provide robust, simple-to-use products with cutting-edge features on which customers can depend, all while protecting their privacy and information. Customers should have access to secure, reliable, and safe repairs using genuine Apple components if they need them.”
Furthermore, the Apple Support website emphasises the need for users to be aware of counterfeit materials and reward card fraud.
