Tesla Extends Full Self-Driving Transfer to Customers until September 30th

Tesla has initiated a notification process, informing owners that they now have the option to transfer their previously purchased Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature to a new Tesla vehicle. This offer comes with a “one-time amnesty,” as announced by Elon Musk during the automaker’s Q2 2023 investor call.

Twitter user Keith Dahlenburg recently shared a screenshot of the offer’s rules and conditions. The key condition stipulates that owners can only take advantage of this one-time amnesty if they take delivery of a new Tesla vehicle between July 20th and September 30th, 2023. The offer cannot be applied retroactively, which means those who have taken delivery before or after the specified dates will need to pay for access to FSD again.
