You will now stop seeing updates and stories from the selected contact. Similarly, the contact will also stop seeing updates from you end. Once you feel you can get back to talking terms with the contact, just follow them again to end the ‘Take a Break’ feature.
Don’t worry, the contact will not be notified if you have chosen to take a break from them on Facebook.
