HONOR announced the opening of a company-owned online store in the UAE – HONOR Online Store – in response to the Middle East consumer purchasing pattern shift toward online shopping and to make HONOR products more accessible to an increasing number of customers. HONOR products will now be accessible online through the store in a variety of categories, including phones, laptops, wearables, and accessories.
With online payment, HONOR Online Store will also support cash on delivery as an option for purchase. Customers will be provided with 1 year of warranty for products listed on the store and have an option of return within 7days, free of cost. Additionally, HONOR will also provide support Live Chat and call center customer support available all week from 9 am to 9 pm.
