OnePlus 11 Launch Date Confirmed: Smartphone to Debut in China on January 4th

OnePlus has announced that the OnePlus 11 smartphone will be launching globally on February 7th, but will make its debut in China on January 4th. The company has also revealed the majority of the specs for the device, including the processor, RAM, and storage. The OnePlus 11 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which offers improved speed, AI capabilities, camera features, 5G speeds, and graphics, including ray tracing support. The chip has already been announced for use in other high-end phones from Xiaomi and Vivo.

The OnePlus 11 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which offers a range of improvements including enhanced speed, AI capabilities, camera features, 5G speeds, and graphics, including ray tracing support. The smartphone will come with either 12 or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It is also expected to run on OnePlus’s ColorOS 13 version of Android 13 out of the box.

While full camera specs have yet to be released, early images show the smartphone featuring a circular camera module with three cameras and Hasselblad branding. The device will be available in green and black colours.

In addition to the smartphone, OnePlus is also expected to unveil the Buds Pro 2 and TWS earbuds on January 4th, with international releases scheduled for February. All of the details for these products, including pricing, will be revealed at the January 4th event, which will take place alongside CES 2023.
