Additionally, Nintendo confirmed that picture sharing on the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS would be discontinued on October 25th, which means you will no longer be able to share photographs to Twitter or Facebook using either device. Any photographs or comments uploaded after the cessation will still be accessible through Twitter or Facebook. This isn’t surprising given that Nintendo has been gradually removing functionality from the 3DS and Wii U, with both eShops due to close on March 27th, 2023.
