In response, Sledgehammer Games announced a small update to tackle two bugs that popped up when transitioning from Modern Warfare 3 to Modern Warfare 2. According to a tweet from the devs a day after Modern Warfare 3 hit the scene, the update deals with the lengthy load times when moving between the two games and takes a swing at the bug causing crashes when checking out the Weapons tab during cross-launching.
