If you have downloaded your copy of the Signal app and got the basic setup done, you can now start sending messages to your contacts. While messages are mostly text-based, people also resort to using emojis, stickers, or even GIFs, to convey their emotions or feelings as a response to a text.
In this tutorial, we will show you how to send GIFs on the Signal messaging app.
Table of Contents
Open the Signal Messaging app on your smartphone.
Open a chat from your inbox. You can even start a new chat with any contact.
Tap on the ‘+‘ button next to the text entry window.
Tap on the ‘GIF‘ button from the various options at your disposal.
You will now see a list of the most trending GIFs on the GIPHY platform, which is the official GIF provider for Signal. If you want a specific GIF, you can search for it using the search bar that is provided right above the list. Once you have decided on the GIF you want to send, you can simply tap on it and it will be sent to the recipient.
