Facebook has become an integral part of everyone’s lives due to the phenomenon called social networking. One can argue that the biggest thing to happen to social media and social  networking is Facebook, and they would be right. Whats more is that the company has cemented its feet into the social scene further after the recent acquisitions of Instagram and WhatsApp, making it also one of the most rounded out platforms on the internet and a content creator’s paradise.

The Facebook Messenger is the default chat messenger where you have all your conversations on the Facebook platform. It is highly sophisticated and also comes with a lot of security and privacy features that ensure a very safe and hassle-free chat experience. These features come at a cost wherein you simply cannot recover your deleted conversations.

Yes, you heard right. There is NO way currently to recover any of your deleted conversations. The best shot you have at recovering them is by asking the recipient for a set of screenshots, and that’s assuming they still have their copy of the conversation intact.

There is, however, a way for you to avoid such a blunder in the future, and we are going to talk about it in this tutorial.

Step 1. Open the web browser on your PC/Laptop.

Step 2. In the URL bar, type in www.facebook.com.

All your current conversations and new conversations will now be backed up to your email, so in case you end up deleting the conversation from the Facebook Messenger, you will have your copy of the same backed up in your email.
