In an organization, there may arise many situations, where a certain product group may be unable or unwilling to support their partner group on certain assignments. This may be for a number of reasons, but the statement of non-concurrence from a group can lead to a lot of dropped heads in the recipient group and may also lead to people resigning due to a lack of support.
Example of usage – “The developer was brought to tears when the product team within the organization was unwilling to support him on his assignment, and after being pressured, they eventually hit him with a statement of non-concurrence.”
