BMW expands its electric lineup with three new models

The rear-wheel-drive i7 eDrive50 is propelled by a single GEN5 motor, delivering 449 horsepower. BMW plans to announce detailed information regarding its range and performance closer to its market launch this fall. The i7 eDrive50 will have a starting price of $105,700 (excluding the destination fee).

In addition to its EV offerings, BMW introduced the hybrid 750e xDrive. This model combines a six-cylinder internal combustion engine generating 308 horsepower with a 194-horsepower electric motor, resulting in a combined output of 483 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. The plug-in hybrid boasts an electric-only range of 35 miles. The 750e xDrive will have a starting price of $107,000, along with the $995 destination fee. It is scheduled to be released in the United States later this fall.
