Fynd Brings AI-Native Commerce Platform to Saudi Arabia, Eyes Vision 2030 Retail Surge

Fynd, the AI-native retail technology company backed by Reliance Retail, has officially launched in Saudi Arabia — planting its flag in one of the fastest-growing retail markets in the world. The Mumbai-headquartered company is betting that Saudi retailers are ready to ditch patchwork tech stacks in favor of a unified, AI-driven commerce platform.

The expansion puts Fynd’s full product suite — StoreOS, Storefront, OMS, WMS, TMS, AI PIM, AI Photoshoot, and Kaily — in front of Saudi retailers for the first time. The company has already signed on NICE, one of the Kingdom’s leading retail chains, as a reference customer to validate its omnichannel approach in the local market.

Why Saudi Arabia, Why Now

The timing makes sense. Saudi Arabia’s retail sector is projected to surpass $160 billion by 2028, with e-commerce alone expected to clear $20 billion in the near term. Vision 2030 has accelerated digital infrastructure investment across the Kingdom, and a young, mobile-first consumer base is pushing retailers to close the gap between their physical and digital operations fast.

Fynd’s pitch is straightforward: most enterprise retailers are running disconnected systems for inventory, orders, fulfillment, and customer engagement. Its platform connects all of these in real time. StoreOS handles in-store POS, endless aisle, and clienteling. The OMS, WMS, and TMS trio manages the full order-to-delivery chain. On the AI side, AI PIM automates catalog enrichment, AI Photoshoot handles product imagery via generative AI, and Kaily drives personalized cross-channel engagement.

“Saudi Arabia is among the most ambitious and high-growth retail markets in the world,” said Ronak Modi, Chief Business Officer – Global at Fynd. “Our AI-native Commerce Platform is designed to unify disconnected systems, speed up fulfillment, boost customer engagement, and allow brands to grow with agility.”

The Bigger Picture

Fynd currently serves more than 20,000 stores and 300-plus enterprise retailers across India, the GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia. The Saudi launch is part of a broader Middle East push as the company positions itself as a go-to tech layer for retailers modernizing their operations in high-growth emerging markets.

Fynd is an AI-native retail technology company headquartered in Mumbai, India, backed by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited.
