TCL enhances color paper-like display technology for its new tablets

TCL will be returning at Mobile World Congress this year with a slew of new low-cost devices to show off. Among other things, the business has released NXTPAPER 2.0, a new version of its colour paper-like screen technology.

TCL claims that NXTPAPER 2.0 has 150 per cent greater brightness with up to 500 nits than the previous generation, making it simpler to use outside throughout the day (the anti-glare tech should help too). The business claims that the technology outperforms TÜV-certified levels of blue light reduction owing to hardware-level filtering. According to TCL, the technology may assist protect your eyes while keeping colour fidelity and reducing screen yellowing. The colour temperature of the screen will adapt automatically depending on the time and surroundings.
