The sequel to Dead Island was initially revealed in 2014. It relocated to two separate studios during that period before resurfacing this past August. The sequel to 2011’s Dead Island will be released for PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC through the Epic Games Shop. The game will be the first to use Amazon’s Alexa Game Control technology.
