During the recent PAX West event, it was revealed that indie favorite The Chinese Room has taken charge of development, and while a concrete release date remains elusive, players can mark their calendars for a fall/Q3 2024 release window.

Players will have the unique opportunity to role-play as an elder vampire, a first in the Vampire: The Masquerade video game series.

As an Elder vampire, players will encounter intriguing characters, navigate intricate political webs, hunt for prey on city streets, and engage in intense combat – all while managing their insatiable need for blood. The Chinese Room, an award-winning studio based in Brighton, UK, boasts an impressive portfolio that includes titles like Dear Esther, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, and Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 first teased fans in 2019 and has seen its fair share of ups and downs. Notably, in June, publisher Paradox Interactive initiated refunds for pre-orders of both physical and digital versions of the game, regardless of whether customers requested them or not.
