Paradox Interactive’s Stellaris offers a unique take on the grand strategy genre by presenting a sci-fi world full of intergalactic politics and betrayal. The game’s mechanics are truly brilliant and form a significant part of the experience, allowing players to role-play as a particular race and strategize towards achieving new heights for their galactic empire.
Players must either strive for harmony with other sentient life or destroy them based on the natural traits of their chosen race. With a vast number of options at their disposal, players are able to craft their own unique story and gameplay experience.
