Are you on the lookout for a new game to play? Well, look no further because Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is here to save the day! This game has recently arrived on iOS and Android as a mobile exclusive for Netflix subscribers.
Shredder’s Revenge takes us back to the good old days of classic TMNT side-scrolling beat ’em-ups like Turtles in Time. Not only does it have beautiful pixel imagery, but you can also throw opponents at the screen, just like the ancient days. As soon as the game was available, we downloaded the mobile version and within 30 seconds, we had joined a group of five other individuals to deliver speedy justice to Bebop, Rocksteady, and the Foot Clan.
And that’s not all, April O’Neil, Master Splinter, and Casey Jones are also playable characters in addition to the turtles. We played a few stages on our iPhone 12 and the game operated without a hitch. The touch controls are decent, but we recommend using an external controller for a better gaming experience.
In our humble opinion, Shredder’s Revenge is one of the best games of 2022 and we love the concept of being able to play it wherever we go without having to lug around our Steam Deck or Switch. And speaking of mobile games, Netflix has an expanding and amazing selection of mobile games, such as Kentucky Route Zero, Twelve Minutes, Vikings: Valhalla and Valiant Hearts: Coming Home, that will be available on the service in the coming months.
