Tips to Study Medicine More Efficiently

Schematic allows you to:

  • Have tidy notes, to be consulted quickly when you are repeating and not have to leaf through dozens of pages of summaries;
  • Strive to find logical links between topics;
  • Strive to rework concepts with a few keywords and very short phrases;
  • Also visually fix in mind what you are studying.

3) Quiz and Medicine Test: How to Deal with Them

Unfortunately (or fortunately) studying medicine means facing an enormous amount of information and theoretical concepts. Many of these concepts must be studied by heart, there is little to do.

Unfortunately, studying passively, that is, reading and repeating does not help us to keep all the information in mind. As mentioned we must use memorization techniques for the study and review in a delayed way

To this, we add the possibility of switching to an active study through what is called the testing effect: in practice, you will answer quizzes that you can find on the net or that you will do as you study thanks to post-its or dedicated applications (we are talking about flashcard technique for example that we explain in the advanced course).

In addition, many exams have parts of quizzes and multiple-choice questions, before an oral or a written one with open-ended questions.

Also, for this type of exam, it is highly recommended to take advantage of the testing effect.
