Whenever you create a channel on Discord, one of the things you need is admins. These admins will help moderate your channel and help to maintain decorum and sanity in all the chaos. Step 1. Open the web version of Discord on your computer and sign in with your credentials.
Step 2. Head to the applications page using this link.
Step 3. On the applications page, click on the New Application button.
Step 4. Enter a name for the bot account and then click on the Create button.
Step 5. Next, on the creation page, click on the ‘Bot’ option on the left-hand side pane.
Step 6. Click on the Add Bot button on the Bot creation screen.
Step 7. On the confirmation page, click on the ‘Yes, Do it’ button to add a bot to your channel.
Step 8. Now, under the token of the bot, click on the ‘Copy’ button.
This token is your bot’s password so don’t share it with anybody. It could allow someone to log in to your bot and do all sorts of bad things.
You can regenerate the token if it accidentally gets shared.
