Tymon Smektala, the franchise director for Dying Light 2, gave a speech in a recent video review that praised the game’s community and revealed some of the game’s future plans. Since the game’s debut in February, it has received over ten significant upgrades that have included new features and content such as Photo Mode and New Game Plus. Meanwhile, fixes have rebalanced the game and repaired various flaws. Smektala also stated that the company has been working on numerous widely requested game upgrades for months, including improvements to nighttime gameplay, co-op advancement, and “more impactful, harsh, diverse physical fighting.”
