Tesla recalls one million vehicles due to a finger-pinching window problem

The recall applies to Model 3 cars from 2017 to 2022, Model Y vehicles from 2020 to 2021, and Model S and Model X vehicles from 2021 to 2022. Tesla will correct the problem with a free over-the-air software upgrade.
