Just as Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl was gearing up for its highly anticipated Q1 2024 release, the game’s development team at GSC Game World has encountered another significant setback: a devastating fire that struck its office in Prague. Although no injuries were reported, the fire, described as an “electrical fire,” has inflicted damage on one of the three floors occupied by the studio, potentially impacting their backup servers.
