Sony Introduces 2023 BRAVIA XR TV Lineup

Sony Electronics has introduced its 2023 BRAVIA XR TV Lineup that comes with Cognitive Processor XR, promising an exceptional home entertainment experience. The new lineup features four models, including X95L Mini LED, X90L Full Array LED, A95L QD-OLED, and A80L OLED, equipped with advanced features for immersive movie watching, streaming apps, gaming, and more. With updated Cognitive Processor XR technology, the lineup offers XR Clear Image on select models for better backlight control, increased brightness, decreased blooming, and reduced noise.

The new lineup’s other features include Acoustic Center Sync, 360 Spatial Sound Mapping, and compatibility with Sony soundbars. Gamers can enjoy PlayStation® 5 gaming with exclusive features like Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Genre Picture Mode. Sony is also focused on sustainability and is reducing overall plastic usage by 60% and cutting emissions by 15% by using smaller and lighter packaging during transportation. The company’s Eco Dashboard allows users to customize energy-saving preferences and settings.

Sony has released new Bravia XR TV models, including the X95L, X90L, A95L, and A80L. The X95L is a 4K HDR mini-LED Google TV model with 85 inches, XR backlight master drive technology, and XR Triluminos Pro technologies. It comes with an acoustic multi-audio+ and Dolby Atmos support, and it can be paired with Sony soundbars. It has game menu, game picture settings and assist functions in a single convenient interface, HDMI 2.1 gaming, and auto HDR tone mapping and auto-genre picture mode features for PlayStation 5 gaming. It is equipped with an eco-dashboard, an easy setup wizard, and optional Bravia CAM for automatically adjusting picture and sound according to the room environment and seating location. Users can enjoy streaming high-quality 4K UHD and IMAX enhanced movies included with the Bravia CORE app.

The X90L is a 4K HDR full-array LED Google TV model with XR contrast booster and XR Triluminos Pro technologies. It comes in 98, 85, 75, 65, and 55-inch classes and is equipped with a cognitive processor XR that replicates how people see the real world, full-array LED contrast and colour, game menu, game picture settings and assist functions, HDMI 2.1 gaming, and auto HDR tone mapping and auto-genre picture mode features for PlayStation 5 gaming. It also has an eco-dashboard, an easy setup wizard, and optional Bravia CAM for automatically adjusting picture and sound according to the room environment and seating location. Users can enjoy streaming high-quality 4K UHD and IMAX enhanced movies included with the Bravia CORE app.

The A95L is a 4K HDR QD-OLED Google TV model with 77, 65, and 55-inch classes. It comes with a cognitive processor XR, QD-OLED screen, XR Triluminos Max technology, individually lit pixels that produce pure black, game menu, game picture settings and assist functions, HDMI 2.1 gaming, and auto HDR tone mapping and auto-genre picture mode features for PlayStation 5 gaming. It also has an eco-dashboard, included Bravia CAM for automatically adjusting picture and sound according to the room environment and seating location, and can be paired with Sony soundbars.

Finally, the A80L is a 4K HDR OLED Google TV model with 83, 77, 65, and 55-inch classes. It comes with a cognitive processor XR, Acoustic Surface Audio+, XR OLED Contrast Pro, XR Triluminos Pro technologies, game menu, game picture settings and assist functions, HDMI 2.1 gaming, and auto HDR tone mapping and auto-genre picture mode features for PlayStation 5 gaming. It also has an eco-dashboard, optional Bravia CAM for automatically adjusting picture and sound according to the room environment and seating location, and can be paired with Sony soundbars.
