After broadcasting on pay television, episodes of NBCUniversal-owned shows including Saturday Night Live and The Voice will premiere on Peacock rather than Hulu. Because Hulu will no longer be paying for some of NBC’s most popular shows, the deal may allow Hulu to pursue more original programming.
