After an action-packed last 24 hours, Wordle’s new owner, New York Times has clarified that they have carried over the majority of player streaks for the popular word game. Players were left shocked all over the world when they saw that their hard-earned streaks had been reset to zero and that led to an uproar on social media. There were some players who reported that their streaks were ok, but the majority were falling on the other side of the spectrum.
