Pokémon Go Plus +, a physical gadget that connects to both Pokémon Sleep and Pokémon Go, has also received an upgrade from the Pokémon Company. To monitor your sleep data, you hit the button before going to bed and again when you wake up, presumably instead of having to have your phone nearby. There is an alarm built-in, as well as a Pikachu voice that can sing lullabies.
When out and about, you may use the disc-shaped Pokémon Go Plus + to automatically spin PokéStops and hurl Poké Balls in Pokémon Go without ever pressing the device’s button. There will eventually be a method to utilise your sleep data in Pokémon Go as well.
