How to stream Mulan on Disney+
In 2020, Disney released a live-action adaptation of its own movie, Mulan, in theatres as well as on the Disney+ platform. The movie is based on a young Chinese maiden, who disguises herself as a male warrior in a quest to rescue her father. The animated movie that was released in 1998 became a cult classic and a very popular title in Disney’s portfolio, and when news of the live-action adaption was released to the public, there was excitement in the air. The movie opened to a mixed response, with some claiming that the animated original stood tall and could never be bested, while there were some who praised the live-action adaptation. Today, the movie is available to stream on the Disney+ platform for no extra charge.
