In order to install a fresh copy of Windows 10, the first thing you need is an installation medium. Thankfully, Microsoft has made its own Media Creation Tool which helps you create your installation medium. You can click HERE to download the Media Creation Tool.
Once you have downloaded and installed the Media Creation Tool, go ahead and install the ISO image file of Windows 10. You can get this also from the Media Creation Tool Download link given above. When you have got both, the tool and the ISO image, use the Tool and create a bootable USB or DVD with the Windows 10 OS on it.
