Confirm the operation and your Whatsapp account will be deleted. Keep in mind, however, that once deleted, you will also lose all the chats and media associated with it unless you have manually taken a backup of the same.
Deleting your Whatsapp account also does the following –
- It deletes your account info and profile photo
- Deletes you from all Whatsapp groups
- Deletes your message history on the current device.
- Deletes your payment history and cancels any pending payments.
