Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, has named Linda Yaccarino as the new CEO of Twitter. Yaccarino, who is currently the head of ad sales at NBCUniversal, is expected to start her new role in around six weeks.
In a tweet, Musk said that Yaccarino “will focus primarily on business operations, while I focus on product design and new technology.” He added that he was “looking forward to working with Linda to transform this platform into X, the everything app.”
