Users on the CivFanatics forum discovered and translated the original Billibilli leak, indicating that it contains a slew of critical information that, although probably fraudulent, resonates accurately. Leader Pass material will be delivered over the course of six months, likely beginning in mid-November 2022, according to CivFantastics user xxhe, who translated the Billibilli content. There will be a total of six DLCs, which will contain new leaders, new situations, and potentially even new game modes, as was the case with the New Frontier Pass.
Naturally, this leak should be taken with a grain of salt, but it looks to be very credible in general.
