Medieval Juice Crafter, a cozy medieval business simulation from developer Timeless Rush and publisher GrabTheGames, now has a free demo on Steam, with the build arriving ahead of the June 2026 edition of Steam Next Fest. The full game is slated for release in July 2026.
The premise is small-scale and homely: players run a juice business in a medieval setting, buying ingredients — fruits, vegetables, flowers, spices, herbs, sugar, milk and yogurt — and crafting special-recipe juices to sell across a string of villages. According to the Steam listing, each ingredient carries a different in-game effect, described as things like an immunity booster, skin refresher, hydration booster or weight-loss helper, and players talk to villagers to learn their preferences, then mix drinks to match and turn them into regular customers.
As the business grows, the loop shifts from hands-on crafting toward management. Players can hire staff — a seller, a citrus worker, a dishwashing worker, a juicer worker, a mixing worker and a shopper — to automate production, then secure permission to enter new villages and rent additional workplaces to expand. A lighter narrative touch has players sending letters to their grandfather about how the business is faring and receiving his suggestions, along with designs for new machines, in return.
Medieval Juice Crafter can be played solo or with a friend in online co-op for up to two players, and the developer says a player managing alone can invite a second person at any time. Steam’s listing shows support for Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud saves and Family Sharing, and the game is set to ship with interface and subtitle support across 17 languages, with full English audio.
The demo’s timing is no accident. It lands as developers line up for Steam Next Fest, Valve’s recurring week-long showcase built around free demos, developer livestreams and wishlisting, with the June 2026 edition scheduled to run June 15–22. The event has become one of the most important visibility moments on the platform for upcoming games, and cozy management and crafting sims — the niche Medieval Juice Crafter occupies, alongside tags such as Life Sim, Crafting and Base Building — have been reliable performers there, converting curious players into wishlist additions ahead of launch.
A few caveats sit on the store page. The game is not yet purchasable, and Steam is directing interested players to wishlist it for a notification when it goes live. There are no user reviews yet, and the listing carries an AI-generated content disclosure in which the developers state that the game uses AI-generated content on its cover.
For now, the demo offers a first taste of the buy-craft-sell-expand loop that Timeless Rush is betting can carry a full release this summer. It is available to download from the game’s Steam page, where players can also follow the title and add it to their wishlists before the July 2026 launch.
