While Red Bull Racing appears untouchable at the moment, with Max Verstappen consistently dominating races, their relentless pursuit of more titles may create opportunities for their rivals. Speaking after Verstappen’s win at Spa, Horner revealed that the team’s primary focus is now on designing and building the car for the 2024 season.
Horner explained, “We’ve had an amazing start, and of course, all our focus really goes on to next year at this point in time because in six months, we’ve got to build a completely new car. That’s the same challenge for everybody. Of course, we’ve got dramatically less development time in the wind tunnel, so we have to apply our resources very, very carefully and sparingly, and so that’s a big challenge.”
