Remedy Entertainment has created a buzz in the gaming world by confirming that Alan Wake 2 will introduce a New Game Plus mode post-launch, offering players a tantalizing “new alternative narrative.”
The much-anticipated sequel to the 2010 action-adventure horror classic is set to hit the gaming scene on October 27. To add to the excitement, Remedy has assured fans that they can look forward to a New Game Plus mode in a future update.
Although the developer hasn’t pinpointed the exact release date for this update, they did clarify in a recent Twitter announcement that it will arrive “after launch.” Remedy noted that the “exact release timing [is] still TBD.” However, they did provide a sneak peek into what players can anticipate when they dive into New Game Plus after completing their initial playthrough.
