MRI Software puts AI ‘recommendations’ and workflow automation into its Agora real-estate platform

MRI Agora

MRI Software is pushing deeper into AI. The real-estate software provider has launched two new additions to MRI Agora, its AI-powered platform: Agora Intelligence and Agora Orchestrator, pitched respectively at AI-driven recommendations and automated workflow execution across property operations.

The framing is telling. Real-estate operators sit on enormous amounts of data — leases, maintenance, payments, occupancy — but most software has historically been about recording it, not acting on it. Agora Intelligence is positioned as the layer that reads that data and surfaces recommendations, while Agora Orchestrator is the piece meant to actually execute the multi-step workflows those recommendations imply.

It’s a familiar shape for enterprise AI in 2026: pair an insight engine with an automation engine and sell the combination as a move from dashboards to action. For MRI, whose platform spans residential, commercial and investment real estate, the bet is that property teams will pay to have routine decisions recommended and routine processes run for them.

The open question, as ever, is substance versus label. “AI-powered recommendations” and “workflow execution” only matter if the recommendations are trustworthy and the automations reliable enough that operators actually hand over the wheel. MRI hasn’t detailed pricing or rollout specifics in the announcement — the proof will be in how much real work the two tools take off property managers’ plates.
