PlayStation Plus March 2026 free games include Monster Hunter Rise, Slime Rancher 2, and more

Sony has officially confirmed the PlayStation Plus March 2026 free games, and there is something for just about everyone in this month’s lineup. Four titles are on offer across Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers, with members able to claim them all starting March 3. The window runs through April 6, so there is a decent amount of time to add them to your library.

As has become routine with PS Plus reveals, the games were leaked a few days before Sony made anything official. Now that the PlayStation Blog post is live, the full list is confirmed: PGA Tour 2K25, Monster Hunter Rise, Slime Rancher 2, and The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road.

A strong headliner in Monster Hunter Rise

Monster Hunter Rise is probably the most recognisable name on the list for the average PlayStation owner. The game launched on Nintendo Switch back in 2021 before making its way to PS5 and PS4 in 2023, so it has been out for a while, but it remains one of the better entries in Capcom’s long-running series. If you have never dipped into Monster Hunter and have been curious, this is about as low-friction a starting point as it gets.

The other big name here, at least in terms of sheer scale, is The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road. This version of the MMO bundles in the base game alongside all major Chapter zones, covering everything from Morrowind and Summerset through to Necrom and Gold Road. If you have been meaning to properly explore Tamriel and kept putting it off, March might be when that finally happens.

Slime Rancher 2 is worth your time

Then there is Slime Rancher 2, and honestly this might be the most quietly exciting addition in the PlayStation Plus March 2026 free games lineup. TechRadar Gaming’s own Dashiell Wood called it “one of the most relaxing games I’ve ever played” and something he “could play for hours and hours.” That kind of endorsement tends to ring true with this game. The sequel to the award-winning original, it follows rancher Beatrix LeBeau as she explores a new island full of slimes to wrangle. It sounds deceptively simple, and it kind of is, but in the best possible way.

Rounding things out is PGA Tour 2K25, the latest in the golf simulation series. It gives players access to major tournaments including The PGA Championship, The U.S. Open, and The Open Championship. Golf games tend to occupy a comfortable niche, and 2K25 is a solid one if that is your thing.

What platforms are the games on

Not every title in the March lineup is available across both PS5 and PS4. Monster Hunter Rise and The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road work on both consoles, while PGA Tour 2K25 and Slime Rancher 2 are PS5 only. Worth double-checking before you get too excited on an older console.

On the February side, members still have until March 2 to claim that outgoing lineup, which includes Undisputed, Subnautica: Below Zero, Ultros, and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. Once that window closes, they are gone from the monthly claims, so grab them before the switch flips.
