Adobe Photoshop has introduced a new AI-powered feature called “Generative Expand” that allows users to extend images easily. This feature, available to Photoshop (Beta) users, works with the Crop tool and allows users to expand an existing image in any direction.
To use Generative Expand, users simply select the Crop tool, go to the Fill menu in the Options bar, and choose Generative Expand. They can then drag the corner and side handles to the desired size and click the “Generative Expand” button. Photoshop will automatically fill in the extra space, or users can add text prompts to guide the AI.
