Samsung has announced the expansion of its self-repair program to the UK and several other European countries, following its successful launch in the United States last year. This program allows users to access the necessary tools and parts required to repair supported devices, including the Galaxy S20, S21, and S22 smartphones, as well as the Galaxy Book Pro regular and Galaxy Book Pro 360 laptops.
The aim of Samsung’s self-repair program is to extend the lifespan of its devices, encouraging users to experience the optimized performance of their Galaxy devices for as long as possible. TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile eXperience at Samsung, stated, “We are committed to scaling access to our Self-Repair program around the world while improving the repairability of our products.”
