Blue Money

Meaning – Blue Money refers to the internal currency used within IBM to buy resources or items from other IBM Organisations. This currency is an internal currency, and is not to be mistaken for real money, or green money. IBM has been known to introduce some really revolutionary practices in the market, and Blue Money has been very popular within the organisation, as it allows exclusivity within the company, and gives the employees a nice incentive to work harder and innovate for the organisation.

Blue Money has been predominantly used by the product planners within IBM. There is a set budget of Blue Money that can be assigned every year.
