In contrast to previous years where both the standard and Pro models were released globally, only the Xiaomi 14 model will be launched internationally this year. As such, the Xiaomi 14 has been tasked with carrying the torch for the brand’s flagship series until the release of the 14 Ultra. However, based on past trends, the 14 Ultra may also have limited availability outside of China.
That said, here are the detailed specifications of the Xiaomi 14 –

Launch Details
The Xiaomi 14 was announced on October 26th, 2023. Post announcement, the device was officially released to the market on November 01, 2023.

The Xiaomi 14 measures 152.8 x 71.5 x 8.2 mm and weighs approximately 188 g.
The device also features Nano-SIM and eSIM or Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) support and IP68 dust/water resistance (up to 1.5m for 30 min).

The Xiaomi 14 will be run on the HyperOS, which is based on the Android 14 platform.
Powering the device will be the Qualcomm SM8650-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is built on the 4nm platform. It is an octa core chipset (1×3.3 GHz Cortex-X4 & 3×3.2 GHz Cortex-A720 & 2×3.0 GHz Cortex-A720 & 2×2.3 GHz Cortex-A520), and accompanying it is the Adreno 750 GPU, which will do most of the heavy lifting in the gaming areas.

The Xiaomi 14 will come in five memory options –
