As Electronic Arts delayed Respawn’s new game at the end of last month, the two titles were supposed to be released on the same day for consoles and PC. Deep Silver didn’t say anything about it, but after years of development hell, the last thing Deep Silver wanted was for Dead Island 2 to compete directly with the massive new Star Wars release.
